Are my departures guaranteed?We understand that trip cancellations due to insufficient numbers can be very disappointing. With that in mind, we aim to provide confidence and peace of mind to our customers. You’ll be pleased to know that most of our tours are guaranteed to run with a minimum of just one traveler.

What do I need to do before my tours starts?We will provide you with your final travel documents approximately 4 weeks prior to departure. Your documents may include (if applicable) your air ticket, a detailed day by day tour itinerary with hotel names, telephone numbers and support contact details, destination information booklet & maps (if available).

Does Africa Photo Travel Tours offer discounts on group bookings?Traveling with family and friends is a fantastic way to explore. For groups of 6-9 guests traveling together, a discount of 5% off the land-only portion per person applies to your booking! If 10 or more people travel together, we offer very attractive group rates based on the number of people. So, it pays to travel together!
